I came across this garage while searching for one that would offer specialized care to my twenty old Lexus, rather than going to a main dealer. After reading other people's thoughts I sent an email to enquire and received an answer which offered a clear and budget-conscious quote. My car was repaired and serviced with the care I wished for and always with the 'best' advice. These guys are awesome. When our clutch completely went on our journey on a Sunday, I was crazy anxious about finding a garage we could trust.Whatlington Garage were courteous, honest and lovely people to deal with. They managed to fit us into their busy week, and helped us get home before the following weekend.It was a fairly large cost because it was a big problem, but they quoted me and then broke the quote down for me explaining what needed doing and why. They kept the cost fair, and the turnaround time was fantastic.They also provided advice on my gearbox, and provided some advice after I drove home. (Just had my gearbox fixed at a garage closer to home - thank you for flagging it!)I'm only sorry we don't live closer to these guys as this garage would be a gem to have as a local!

The team at Whatlington Garage are one of very few that I can trust to work on mine and my families cars. They are friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job for a fair and reasonable price. Be mindful that because they are that good, they are always busy, so it’s best to book in advance.

Whatlington Garage is on the A21. Although it’s quite small it’s always busy and if you use them you will understand why. They are excellent at what they do, seem to offer unbiased honest advice and charge a reasonable price for an excellent service.
Superb company to deal with. They expertly look after all our cars. Very thorough but also really good value, and they have often charged us less than they should have charged. I'd never want to go anywhere else.

We are on holiday ATM and our wheel bearing was goin we live. 2half hours away so no chance of gettin home with a caravan on the back I rang round and they fitted me in straight away an was done by 1030 so ment we could. Pick the car up and enjoy the rest of our holiday an not worry bout getting home the people at the garage were so kind an helpful if I lived here it would be my local garage, thank you whatlington garage

They are a friendly, experienced and fair garage that will cater to what your cars needs without taking your wallet apart. Recently, my comfort control unit became faulty in my car. Rather than install a new £300 unit, they gave me the unit number so I could get a cheaper second hand one online, then get it installed to save money. Every time I, my friends or family take their cars there they get a fair and good service.
This business caters to the individuals needs with a swift, friendly and polite attitude. Once they drove me to the local town Battle so I could sit in a cafe so I wasn’t bored waiting for the car to get serviced! I didn’t ask for that, they just offered.
I highly recommend taking your car to Whatlington garage for whatever it is you require.

When it couldn't be fixed that morning they loaned me a vehicle so I could carry on with my weekend, extremely helpful, very polite and very reasonable prices.
