Whatlington Garage was originally endorsed as a Which? Trusted Trader back in September 2013 and we have been a proud member of the scheme ever since. In order to become endorsed we had to pass a set of rigorous checks, a face to face business evaluation and detailed checks with past clients. Therefor being approved and endorsed by Which? for over 4 years is a great achievement.

As a potential customer this means that our services have been fully checked by independent industry experts, our company has gone through various checks from insurance, customer services, complaints procedures, legality, financial credit checks, accessibility etc meaning you know you will be dealing with an established, well run business.

What’s more, being a member of the Which? Trusted Traders means you have access to the ADR scheme (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in the very rare event that something goes wrong. Whilst we will always work with you to get the very best results for you, if for some rare reason we can’t agree then Which? ADR team will step in to resolve the issue amicably for both sides.

Which? has been established as an independent authority for consumers for over 30 years and thus their reputation and position in the market is perfect to act as a recognised and legit endorsement. Many schemes for traders come from new companies, or unknown names and because we know we have a good solid business, it made sense to back this up with one of the countries most trusted third parties.
